HARRISBURG – Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Scott Martin (R-Lancaster), House Education Committee Republican Chair Jesse Topper (R-Bedford) and other Republican lawmakers will announce a plan to make post-secondary education more affordable, build the state’s future workforce, and make Pennsylvania more competitive in attracting and retaining students during a media briefing on Wednesday, April 10 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 281 MCB.
