Department of Health & Human Services Budget Hearing

Senator Martin questions existing department heads during the Senate Appropriations Committee budget hearing for the Governor’s newly-proposed Pennsylvania Department of Health & Human Services.
The new department would merge the following departments:
Department of Human Services (Secretary Ted Dallas)
Department of Health (Secretary Dr. Karen Murphy)
Department of Aging (Secretary Teresa Osborne)
Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs (Acting Secretary Jennifer Smith)
