SB 1240 (Hutchinson) Amends the CPA Law to provide for additional educational requirements for the
issuance of a certificate.
HB 1251 (Curry) Amends the Physical Therapy Practice Act to allow a midwife to refer a patient to a
physical therapist for the treatment of a condition that is within the scope of practice of midwifery.
HB 2163 (Madden) Amends the Dental Law to extend the amount of time that a dentist licensed in
another state or country can practice without a license in Pennsylvania while under supervision of a Pennsylvania-licensed dentist for continuing education purposes at a dental school.
