SB 596 – (Argall) – Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to provide for the offense of organized retail
theft and to establish the Office of Deputy Attorney General for Organized Retail Crime Theft.

SB 910 – (Coleman) – Amends Title 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed)), providing for the
expungement of certain civil penalties.

HB 301 – (Harkins) – Amends the Public School Code to replace and update outdated terminology to
conform with modern usage.

HB 1058 – (Krajewski) – Amends Title 42 (Judiciary & Judicial Procedure) requiring courts to solicit and
consider the opinions of potential kinship care resources in child custody proceedings.

HB 1304 – (Solomon) – Amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) to provide for an extension of the 911 program.

HB 1540 – (Parker) – Changes the due date for the annual report of the Commission for Agricultural
Education Excellence and provides for vacancies.

HB 1556 – (Klunk) – Amends the Right to Know Law to require state-related institutions to report
additional information on an annual basis.
